The fiery duo composed of chefs Carlos Peñarredonda and Mads Christensen were born during their various passages on recognized tables of the Parisian bistro scene, such as Le Mary Celeste, Héro or Candelaria, where they met. After months of reflection, they decided to join forces and launch BANGBANG Restaurant, their first independent project inspired by their origins, their travels around the world, their culinary and gastronomic experiences.Opened this spring, BANGBANG Restaurant offers a unique taste experience, which mixes spices and techniques from all over the world and the know-how of chefs, resulting in an astonishing, colorful and generous cuisine.We invite you to transport yourself in an instant between Peru and Thailand, via Denmark, around a single table!
